Policies

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your date. Your session is

not officially booked until this is paid.

• The remaining balance is due at the end of the session.

• Payment can be made via Tap to pay, CashApp, Venmo, Cash.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice. Your retainer will be applied to the new

date.

• If you cancel completely, the retainer is non-refundable.

• If I must reschedule due to weather, illness, or emergencies, we’ll work together to find the next

available date.

Editing & Retouching

• I provide basic editing (color correction, lighting adjustments, skin blemishes, flyaway hairs, etc.).

• I do not photoshop or alter body shapes/features. I believe in capturing your authentic beauty.

• Additional retouching requests (beyond my usual editing style) may be subject to extra fees.

Session Details

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will cut into your session time.

The scheduled shoot time reflects the maximum time for your session

and includes setup, teardown, outfit changes, and any theme or concept changes.

It’s designed to cover what is typically achievable in that timeframe based on years of experience.

To make the most of your session, we recommend planning ahead and staying on schedule.

If additional time is needed to complete all of your goals, extra time can be added for an additional fee.

Please note that if time runs out due to unused or inefficiently managed time, it cannot be extended retroactively.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled at my discretion.

• No extra guests unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

• Edited photos will be delivered via an online gallery within 3 weeks after the session.

• You’ll receive the corresponding amount of fully edited images.

• Raw/unedited images are not released under any circumstances.

Usage & Copyright

• I retain the copyright to all images.

• You are granted personal use rights, meaning you can share on social media, print, and enjoy your

images.

• For commercial/business use, a separate licensing fee may apply if not already apart of the package.

• I may use selected images for my portfolio, website, or social media unless you request otherwise in

writing before the session.

Styling & Prep

• Outfits, hair, and makeup are the client’s responsibility.

• I’m happy to provide guidance on styling and posing, but please come prepared.

Dissatisfaction Policy

• My goal is to provide each client with a positive and memorable photography experience, along with

high-quality images that capture your special moments.

• If you are dissatisfied with your images or experience, please notify me in writing within 7 days of

receiving your gallery.

• Clients should review my portfolio prior to booking, as my editing style, use of lighting, and candid

approach remain consistent across my work.

• Requests for re-editing based on personal style preference may not be honored if they differ from my

established artistic direction.

• If there are genuine technical issues (e.g., extreme blurriness, exposure malfunctions), I will offer a

complimentary re-shoot OR provide a partial refund to my discretion.

• Refunds or re-shoots will not be granted for dissatisfaction based on insecurities or preferences that

were not disclosed before or during the session.

• I am primarily a candid photographer, so natural moments are prioritized over heavily staged ones.

• While I strive to capture every important moment, not every shot will result in a perfect image.

• The success of a session depends on client cooperation, punctuality, and readiness.

• For sessions with more than three participants, it’s especially important that everyone stays

cooperative, attentive, and respectful of the process.

Agreement

• By booking a session with me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
